Hi, I'm Brittany — a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of True North Counseling Services, PLLC. I started this practice because I believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care in a space that truly feels safe.
I have been working with clients since 2021, and what drives me every day is the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life's most difficult moments.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients build insight, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives.
